Yes! Every Altitude Apparel Giveaway is federally registered in the United States with the nation’s leading licensed agency; Marden-Kane Digital Promotions. They are appointed to administer each sweepstake according to all laws and regulations. We are LEGALLY obligated to carry out the sweepstakes in full. We cannot change any predetermined dates, and must present the prize to the winner.

The winner can NOT be family, or in any way affiliated with Altitude Apparel first hand. You can participate with full confidence that you have an equal chance to take home the win!

Once the giveaway has ended our sweepstakes company Marden-Kane will conduct a computer random drawing. This process usually takes 2-5 business days. Our sweepstakes agency Marden-Kane contacts our grand prize winner via phone call & email. Once the winner is confirmed we call the winner on Instagram LIVE and announce the name on our website and all other social media channels.

We NEVER message our winners on social media. Our sweepstakes agency Marden-Kane contacts our grand prize winner via phone call & email prior to us calling the verified winner!

If you have been contacted over social media and have been told you are a winner, you are being contacted by a scammer. Please keep this in mind and kindly send us a message if this has happened so we can take action accordingly.

If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, our Administrator, Marden-Kane will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize award.

We do not use social media to contact the winners of the Giveaways we offer. If you feel that you have been contacted by someone impersonating Altitude Apparel or our representative, please contact us at so our team can investigate.


Upon checkout completion, all entries are automatically submitted to the sweepstakes agency Marden-Kane. Each and every order placed within the sweepstakes period is entered to win.

All packages are shipped through either the US Postal Service or UPS. There are two ways to see your tracking number.

Sometimes the delivery service cannot fulfill the delivery due to incorrect shipping information or the package was damaged severely during transport. Please send us an email explaining your situation, and include your order number, name and shipping address and we will be sure to fix everything!
